Overview
This web service is provided by e-TL and includes operations related to phrases. Phrases allow actors to create their own texts, which can be used in user forms. These texts can then be reused across the user forms created by the actor. When a phrase is submitted, it is assigned a Phrase Identifier, which is later used as a reference in the fields of the user form where the phrase text is needed. Professional users can retrieve a Phrase Identifier for a phrase here, for example, prior to creating a user form. The Phrase Identifier is a UUID, which anyone can subsequently use to retrieve the phrase, provided they know the UUID. The Phrase Identifier will always refer to the original text. Even the smallest change requires a new UUID. There are no search options other than the UUID and the complete text. This means that no one can search for and thus view others' texts before they become public, for example, through use in a published notification. Phrases may only contain text, which can optionally be divided into a heading and one or more sections (see the following XML example). There is no form of approval from the Registration Court for the stored phrases. Phrases are only evaluated in connection with the review or approval of a user form. Phrase texts may be a maximum of 15,000 characters, excluding XML tags.
