Oversigt
Beskriver samtlige mulige anmeldelser til e-TL. Denne web service udstilles af e-TL og omfatter operationer, som tinglysningsrettens tinglysnings process udbyder.
Følgende særlige forhold gælder for alle typer anmeldelser:

Formål med HæftelseRenteSatsForeløbigIndikator er at angive at rentesatsen først fastsættes ved lånets udbetaling (typisk ved kontantlån). Rentesatsen, uanset om denne er endelig eller foreløbigt, angives i elementet HæftelseRentePålydende.

Der er mulighed for at angive stående lån. Dette gøres ved at udelade det optionelle element HaeftelseLoebetid i anmeldelser.

Elementerne under HæftelseRefinanseiring skal alene anvendes når der inden for rammerne for den pågældende hæftelse kan eller skal ske ændringer af enten rente eller hovedstol.
Dette afsnit uddyber anvendelse af XSD i særlige tilfælde, herunder rente, løbetid og refinansiering.
Rente
Formål med HæftelseRenteSatsForeløbigIndikator er at angive at rentesatsen først fastsættes ved lånets udbetaling (typisk ved kontantlån). Rentesatsen, uanset om denne er endelig eller foreløbigt, angives i elementet HæftelseRentePålydende. Det betyder at man ikke vil kunne se den faktiske rente efter fastsættelse, da der ikke er noget krav om der skal foretages en påtegning på pantebrevet med den gældende rente. Fastrente elementerne anvendes hvor den samme rente er gældende i lånets løbetid. Hvor renten er fastsat forskelligt i flere perioder af lånets løbetid, skal renterne angives i vilkårssamlingen. Den rente, der er gældende i den første renteperiode, skal angives i elementerne for variabel rente. Dette gælder også hvis renten er nul i den første renteperiode. Uden rente angives med nul i HæftelseRentePålydende i HæftelseRenteFast. Hvor der først sker forrentning af hæftelsen i forbindelse med en begivenhed, typisk ved tvangsauktion, skal forrentning angives i vilkårssamlingen. Renten angives som nul i HæftelseRentePålydende i HæftelseRenteVariabel.
Løbetid
Stående lån angives ved at udelade elementet HæftelseLøbetid. HæftelseLøbetidMåneder skal altid udfyldes med lånets løbetid uden hensyntagen til afdragsfrie perioder. HæftelseMaksimalLøbetid skal tillige udfyldes, hvis der er mulighed for afdragsfrie perioder med lånets løbetid plus den maksimale mulige afdragsfrihed. Værdien fast angives når HæfteLøbeitdMåneder ikke kan ændres, hvilket betyder at HæftelseMaksimalLøbetid ikke må angives. Værdien variabel angives når HæftelseLøbetidMåneder kan ændres, dog højest til HæftelseMaksimalLøbetid, hvis en sådan er angivet. For realkreditpantebreve gælder at hvis værdien variabel er anvendt, skal HæftelseMaksimalLøbetid angives.
Refinansiering
Elementerne under HæftelseRefinanseiring skal alene anvendes når der inden for rammerne for den pågældende hæftelse kan eller skal ske ændringer af enten rente eller hovedstol. Hvis refinansiering medfører omlægning til nyt pantebrev, skal elementerne ikke udfyldes da der i dette tilfælde skal ske en oprettelse af det nye pantebrev, og aflysning af det gamle.
